How to issue a certificate? - 3 easy steps!

1. Fill out the form:

- Recipient's first and last name — who the gift will be intended for.

- Certificate amount — the denomination that the recipient can use as a discount.

- Email (optional) — write the recipient's email address here and they will also receive an email with an electronic certificate.

*If the Email field is empty, the email with the certificate will be sent only to the person who paid for the order.
**If the Email field is filled in, the emails with the certificate will be sent to both addresses.
***The certificate can only be used once, regardless of which email it was sent to.

- Date (optional) — fill in this field if you want the letter to arrive at the email specified above on a certain date.

- Message (optional) — personalize the gift by adding nice words or congratulations.

2. Pay for the certificate — after registration and payment, the certificate will be generated.

3. Receive a digital certificate by e-mail — it will be sent to the specified email in PDF format and will be ready for use.

Terms of use

- The gift certificate is digital and is sent electronically to the e-mail specified during registration.

- The certificate is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

- The certificate contains a unique one-time promo code for the selected amount.

- The code can only be used once. If the order cost is less than the face value, the remainder is lost without the possibility of a refund.

- The certificate is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money.

- Products purchased using a certificate can be exchanged, and in the case of personalized products, a re-production can only be requested in the event of an error on MyCreativeCase's part.
