Printing on cases
The copyright of the uploaded images remains with the author, usually you if you are the author. By uploading images, the customer agrees that our partners can access these images via the mycreativecase.ch web server to process the order, download them to the RAM of their devices, view and process them using technical means.
The customer confirms that he is the sole owner of all rights to the uploaded images and that the use of the MyCreativeCase design builder does not violate the rights of third parties, including images of people, objects or symbols. In the event of claims by third parties for violation of their rights, the customer undertakes to compensate MyCreativeCase for all damages and claims arising from such violation.
The customer is prohibited from uploading images and files with content that is criminal, illegal, immoral, pornographic or incites hatred. In the event of a violation, MyCreativeCase has the right to delete such files and orders without prior notice and, if necessary, notify the relevant law enforcement authorities.
The Client is fully responsible for the content of the uploaded images. The Client must ensure that he/she has all necessary rights to use the copyright or trademarks associated with the images uploaded to MyCreativeCase. The Client is solely responsible for the consequences of any infringement of rights and undertakes to indemnify MyCreativeCase from any claims by third parties.
The production of the case begins only after payment has been received and it will be delivered to the Client by mail within 1-5 working days. Returns in case of dissatisfaction are not possible, as this is an individual production according to the Client's order and is therefore adapted to his/her personal requirements.
Complaints about technical defects are accepted by the support service within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returns are possible only in case of technical defects, and not for personal or taste reasons. Claims related to ambiguous, incomplete or inaccurate information when creating an order, or due to improper use of the Case Designer are not accepted. In the event of a justified claim, we undertake to provide a replacement.
Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of MyCreativeCase until all claims have been paid in full. The customer also authorizes us to make a corresponding entry in the retention of the title register at the customer's expense. The corresponding security rights may also be transferred to third parties.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

All disputes arising between the Client and the Company shall be resolved through negotiations. In the event that a settlement of the disputed issue is not reached through negotiations, the Buyer and/or the Seller shall have the right to seek resolution of the dispute in the courts in accordance with the current legislation of Switzerland.
