DELIVERY:

1. Free: for all orders over CHF 21.00.

2. At the buyer's expense: The cost of delivery depends on the recipient's region and city, as well as the order itself. The standard price is CHF 7.00.

If you place your order before 15:00, it will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed later will be shipped the next day.

If the order is placed on a weekend, it will be shipped on the next business day

But sometimes in life it happens and plans change, we understand that.

We ACCEPT returns and exchanges on non-personalized and customized items within 14 days of receiving the package.

To RETURN/EXCHANGE an order:

- all goods must be in new condition,

- in original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any shipping costs for items sent in exchange.

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized and customized items.

REPLACEMENT

If we have personalized your order incorrectly, we will be happy to send you a personalized replacement item. We will not replace items that have been manufactured incorrectly because we have received an incorrect image/text from you with a spelling error.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within the specified number of days.

LATE or MISSING REFUNDS

1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
